Upstream tells the odyssey of two sperm brothers — the three-tailed, fifteen-minute-old sperm Jizzy and the three-day-old, wise yet geriatric Splooge — as they make their way to the Egg. Along their (e)mission, they encounter incredible obstacles, meet some wacky characters, and contend with the meaning of life... all while setting it into motion.
